The 1st-Generation WPC Small Guardrail Post is a narrower-profile post designed for use as intermediate balusters or supports in railing systems. The smaller cross-section maintains proportional aesthetics when used at regular intervals along a railing run. The post is manufactured using the same WPC formulation and surface finish as the matching full-size guardrail posts for visual consistency across the railing system.

The smaller profile reduces visual obstruction while maintaining adequate strength for baluster applications. Like all WPC components, it will not rot, rust, or require painting. The material resists weathering and UV exposure without significant degradation. The post can be easily cut to length on site and accepts standard railing connectors. It provides a consistent, low-maintenance alternative to timber balusters that warp, crack, or require regular repainting.
Small guardrail posts are used as balusters in deck railings, balcony guards, staircase railings, and walkway edge protection. They are installed at regular spacing between top and bottom rails to provide safety barrier infill while maintaining an open, attractive appearance that meets building code requirements.
