The second-generation small post offers improved UV resistance and color stability compared to first-generation balusters. The tighter manufacturing tolerances produce straighter posts that install more easily and look better in the finished railing. The improved material resists surface chalking and fading. Installation Steps
▪ Base fasteners according to the drawing requirements,then fix them with expansion screws.
·Put the base and column in the correct sequ ence.
· Fix the tenons on the cross rails with screws,ensuring
·Fasten the vertical rails to the tenons of the fixed upper cross rail in sequence,which requires two people to assist.
·First,fix the lower cross rail column.
·Align the upper cross rail with the fastened vertical rails to the tenons and fasten it on the fixed lower cross rail.
